Abstract
Polish inventor has developed a wind power plant. The innovative technology easily converts wind power into rotary motion. Thanks to specifically designed rotor blades, the device is able to convert almost every wind power, starting from the speed of 2-2.5 m/s. The inventor is looking for partners to produce/construct and to commercialise the device.

Details
An inventor from Lubuskie Voivodship has developed an innovative device aiming at converting wind power into rotary motion. Large receiving and converting surface lets the device work even when the wind speed is about 2-2.5 m/s. Depending on its size, the device is able to produce up to a few MG WATTS. A cooperation partner interested in the technology commercialisation, production/construction of the device and its further development is sought.

Innovative Aspects:
The main advantage of the wind power plant is that rotor blades make plane and backwards motions converting them into rotary motions. Parts of the blades, which receive the wind power are only in active position and during breaks and at starting of the device are inclined at 45 degrees. The remaining parts of the blades are inclined at 90 degrees to the wind direction. The surface of work elements of the blades is very large (in comparison with other similar devices), which enables operating with very low wind speed. Regulation mechanism provides operating with almost any speed of wind as well as its stable and safe performance
