A German inventor develops equipment and plants for the food industry. The new equipment is a robot especially developed for the food industry. It has the ability to grip and centre the product. The user can adjust the position of the product. The inventor is looking for a joint venture or license agreement.

The equipment developed by a German inventor has a simple construction and allows a low-cost solution. The usage is very effective for big quantities of same or similar products and will amortize in 2 years time. The robot with multiple grip is very useful for locating grouped symmetrical products especially in deep-drawing packaging of sensitive food like cheese, cake, sausages, meat and fish. The robot with the multiple grips can handle 36 pieces in one step. The pieces are allowed to have tolerances in their positions - distance to another. So far the food industry does not have multiple grip systems, which fulfil hygienic demands.
Innovative Aspects:
The offered solution allows the handling of a group of pieces to be gripped, centred on one tray and to be moved to another tray. The trays can be in a fixed position or on a conveyor with defined speed.
