A Slovenian inventor has patented a shoe sole with movable built-in anti-slipping elements, which prevent slipping in the most extreme conditions, such as on ice and snow, or any other surfaces giving a possibility to slip. He is looking for partners interested in further development of industrial applications and license agreement.

Details

The shoe sole with movable built-in anti-slipping elements performs like crampons and allows optimum clinging with any foundation, under any conditions. Critical situations are surfaces covered with ice or snow and any other surfaces with a possibility to slip on them. The essential part of the movable built-in anti-slipping elements is that they are used when necessary, and such a function can be turned on in the simplest possible way.

Innovative Aspects:
Switching the function from the position "on" to "off" is ensured by an element built in the sole body and requires only a single movement of 180 degrees. With the presented construction of movable anti-slipping elements built in the shoe sole, there is no need for any provisional solution being fastened to shoes by straps or clips. Putting those straps and clips on and taking them off used to be a time-consuming process.
