Kurzfassung
A Hungarian SME offers a device for transportation companies, which is suitable to reduce the fuel consumption of gasoline and diesel fuelled motor vehicles. Simultaneously, it also reduces the emission of pollutants and increases the engine power. The extent of reduction of the fuel consumption is appr. 8-10 %, of the reduction of pollutant emission is 40-50 %, and the engine power is improved by appr. 20 %. The company seeks partners for technical/manufacturing or commercial agreement.
Details
This is the company that introduced in Hungary the application of flexible connecting pipes for water mains. They are also dealing with the distribution of fittings and with development and manufacturing of devices reducing fuel consumption.
The equipment is suitable for a simultaneous reduction of fuel consumption and pollutant emission of the internal combustion engines. It is functioning like a molecular carburettor, pulverising the fuel not at drop level but at a molecular level. The fuel molecules consist of carbon and hydrogen atoms, forming short or long carbon cycles. The gasoline has a short carbon cycle; therefore a spark sets off its immediate explosion, i.e. its combustion process is short. The carbon cycle of diesel oil (the fuel of diesel engines) is long; consequently it explodes with self ignition triggered by a high pressure compression, resulting in a long combustion process. The molecules are susceptible to cohere by millions, forming giant molecules. The technology is based on the following physical phenomenon: when a giant molecule crosses a concentric magnetic field having lines of force arranged perpendicularly to the advancement of the molecule, it starts to spin around its axis. The centrifugal force (Lorenz force) occurring at this point tears apart the molecule in question, and the hydrogen atoms situated at the edges of the giant molecule become liberated. Having entered the combustion chamber, they explode. The combustion process will consequently be more perfect. The process is supported by a combination of magnet and non-ferrous metal (Zinc tablets) applied in the device. The combustion taking place with an increased perfection results in less pollutants and in a lower fuel consumption. The device can be mounted into a flexible section of the fuel supply pipe of the engine. It is placed into a plastic pipe casing characterized by an appropriate resistance to shocks, heat, pressure, and chemical reactions. The first section of the pipe casing constitutes an initial treatment chamber surrounded by permanent magnets. The second section is designed as a secondary treatment chamber containing a filling consisting of metal or metal alloy material being in direct contact with the fuel flowing in the pipe casing. The technology can be used in passenger cars, trucks, tractors, mining machinery, vessels, as well as in diesel fuelled generators, and in oil or gasoline fuelled vessels. The levels of achieved fuel saving and reduction of pollutant emission depend on the type and state of the internal combustion engine. The device does not exert any negative impact on the engine, on the contrary: it extends its life through the increased perfection of the combustion. It reduces the incrustation of soot on the cylinder heads. It significantly increases the life of the catalyser by letting less un-burnt fuel leaving into the exhaustion system. The permanent magnet does not disturb the electronic system of the motor vehicle.
Innovative Aspects:
Traditional catalysers affect the exhaust gases that already left the engine. On the other hand, the suggested technology exerts its effect on the fuel before it enters the combustion chamber. Supported by a magnet, it renders the combustion process more effective. The results are: fewer pollutants emitted and a lower fuel quantity required for the same power level.
The device reduces the fuel consumption of motor vehicles, thus saving energy. It also reduces the emission of harmful substances, i.e. the emission of carbon monoxide (CO) and carbohydrates (HC) in case of gasoline fuelled engines, and smoking in case of diesel engines. This is especially important from the environment protection point of view in big cities with polluted air. The device increases the momentum of the engines of motor vehicles, resulting in a smoother running of the engine and in an improved acceleration of the vehicle. It can be installed in an easy and cheap way.
