Kurzfassung

An inventor from Southern Poland has developed an innovative system of washing fabrics, which reduces the cost of washing by as much as 50%. Thanks to lower consumption of the washing powder and fabric conditioner, water and electricity, the system is conducive to environment protection. The author seeks a partner interested in signing a license agreement and/or manufacturing agreement.



Details

The design concerns a washing machine that reduces the cost of washing by minimum16 % and maximum 50% for multiple (at least two) fabric loads. With a single load the savings are virtually non-existent. The automatic washing machine (device) is composed of a standard machine appended with four additional containers, all enclosed in a single casing. The containers store the washing agents, and the washing programmes are supplemented with the function of automatic measurement of the dirt content in the water, selection of the number of washing cycles, rinsing cycles, recycling, storing, and heating, hence saving washing agents such as water, starch, fabric conditioners, and recovered heat energy (electricity). The additional four containers installed in a single casing take very little space.
For instance four containers totalling 100 l in volume form a cubicoid sized 0.35 x 0.35 x 0.80 m (width x depth x height); standard washing machines use the maximum of 72 l (typically 39 to 52 l) of water per single load of the washing, and are sized 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.85 m.

- Higher automation of the washing process: automatic, objective selection of the number of washing cycles recycling the same washing agents; automatic selection of the number of washing cycles, with the effectiveness of the process measured; the present EU power-saving standards exceeded by far (e.g. the power consumption is reduced by 30 to 50% compared to the EU class A power consumption standard)
- Washing powder consumption reduced by 30 to 50%; this aspect is not yet regulated in the EU norms, however, the above-defined reduction rate applies to the cost of the washing powders, which accounts for 64% of the washing costs - hence the device reduces environment pollution with washing powders at the same rate. The overall washing cost reduction ranges between 16% (min.) and 50% (max.)
