Innovative lighting fixture using LEDs

A Polish company located in the centre of the country specialises among others in manufacturing lighting fixtures for special purposes like ship, rail-vehicles, illumination, etc. Now the SME would like to develop and expand design and production of innovative watertight lighting fixtures using LEDs. These fixtures could replace classic fluorescent fixtures where exposed to extreme climatic conditions.

A Polish company located in the centre of the country, which specialises, among others, in manufacturing lighting fixtures for special purposes like ship, rail-vehicles, illumination, etc. would like to develop a fixture that would be the first solution of LEDs using lights foreseen for regular illumination of areas. Till now LED lights have served mainly as indicators, torches, spotlights or advertising gadgets.
High Ingress Protection class, shock and vibration resistance, small dimensions, long service life and energy saving should be some of its advantages. The fixtures are purposed for illumination of open spaces, open decks on vessels also in places exposed to sea waves as well as other extreme bad climatic conditions.
Mounting plate and fixing clamps are made of stainless steel of AISI 316 grade. Side covers and diffuser are made of polycarbonate resistant to sea conditions. The whole is hermetically sealed with a special composite. No maintenance or light source replacement needed.
Service life up to 100,000 hours. Other advantages are robust and durable construction, dimming ability, low-voltage operation, various power options, and low power consumption.
