Injection moulding machines for inserts

A small Polish company is looking for a new injection-moulding machine for making inserts on laminate tubes by direct PP detail injection on laminate. It should allow avoiding neck finish injection, capping and decreasing cap weight. This technology should allow saving raw materials and time in the production process. Ready-made product should be cheaper and more competitive on the market than traditional solutions. The company is interested in license agreement and technical co-operation.

Details

After loading injection mould stamps with laminate pipes, the mould is closed and the neck finish is inserted. The most important part is to set up the plastic material proportion, to make firm connection with the laminate part and to make the flip-top locker strong enough. Mould construction must be extremely precise, and the injection technology must be unconventional. Additionally, it should give a guarantee of 100% tubes tightness. Cap design must be a new and proprietary solution.
