Production line for LED (light-emitting diode) fittings

A Polish company is one of the biggest producers of lighting equipment. In order to expand the portfolio of its products the company is going to launch an innovative technology line for production of LED (light-emitting diode) fittings. The technology would allow using strong-light LED for general lighting. The company is looking for an industrial partner able to provide a complete and competitive manufacturing line.

A Polish company is one of the biggest producers of lighting equipment. The company is going to launch a new product - light-emitting diodes for general lighting. For this purpose the company is looking for an innovative manufacturing line for production of LED (light-emitting diode) fittings.
The manufacturing line is supposed to shape steel sheets (0,2-6 mm), aluminium sheets (0,2-6 mm) and polycarbonate (0,3-4 mm). Very high precision of machining is required because dissipating lens must be assembled accurately. The line should be easily adaptable for different sizes of fittings (decorative low-intensity lighting, inside lighting, outdoor high-intensity lighting).
