A large company from north-west Poland, established in 1995, is a local leader in production of any kind of herring products such as herring rolls in oil, herring snacks, marinated fillets in oil or sauce and buckets. Generally, the company produces any kind of herrings- based products. Now, the company wants to widen its production range and is looking for technology to produce sweet marinade, especially water-based, which will increase the consuming period up to 6 months.
