A long-established Israeli SME, developer and manufacturer of high-quality and innovative printed packaging, is looking to establish a new line of production for one of its leading customers, for which cold-seal blister packing technology and know-how are requested.

The SME has in house very advanced lines of production, which include equipment for printing and finishing such as debussing, embossing and gluing folding boxes, with which the SME is able so far to serve, in a very professional way, the food, fashion, hi-tech, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals industries.

The SME is looking very urgently for the above-mentioned technology and know-how in order to open a new line of production for one of its leading clients. The SME is in need for the equipment of this technology as well as the materials of this technology.

Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
Cold-seal blister packaging technology is a combination of a pressure-sensitive fold-over blister card and a transparent blister. The blister should be trapped between two pieces of board that are bonded under pressure without using any heat. Together like this they should form a highly visible presentation of the product.
In opposition to heat -seal cards, a cold-seal blister card is coated with a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive. This kind of adhesive makes it possible to seal the cards without using any heat, while the only thing required for getting a perfect seal is pressure. This makes the packing process very simple, quick, and very cost-effective.
