A medium company located in the southern part of Poland is looking for a optimal solution for a small to medium sized incineration plant. The company wants to enter a new area of activity therefore it considers several options before taking the final decision. One part of the decision process is on-site visit in the several installations in Europe.

Details

In the first stage the company is looking for existing installations across Europe that are accessible for on site visits and technical interview. In the next stage they want to confront their own research with the view of the external expert. Therefore they expect help in finding partners in Europe that would help them in arranging of such visits as well as to find independent external experts in the area of marketable incineration technologies.

Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The company considers following technological options:
Installation for the thermal waste utilization with ongoing production
cycle for municipal and industrial waste (sorted). Efficiency – 100 Ton/24 hours (for hospital and hazardous waste 100 kg/24 hours).
Heat recovery – min. 65% of the heat and electric energy with permanent monitoring of combustion gases


Installation for the thermal utilization of waste coming from
veterinary waste and food production waste. Efficiency – 5 Tons/24 hours
Permanent monitoring of combustion gases and system for treatment of combusted gases.

Chamber for thermal treatment of municipal , industrial treatment
as well as biomass treatment with ongoing production cycle. Efficiency – 60-100 Tons/24 hours. Heat recovery – min. 65% of the heat and electric energy.

Installation for production of liquid fuels (diesel, biodiesel) from
production and municipal waste. Efficiency – 100 Tons/24 hours.
