Kurzfassung
A company from Southwest Poland is looking for technology for biogas production from animal manure and other organic wastes. The fermentation technology should be able to produce biogas and convert it into energy in a CHP (combined heat and power) unit.
Details
Proposed technology must be complete and have some referential installations in Europe. The Polish company that requests it expects to use as an input:
- Chicken manure.
- Cow manure.
- Pig manure.
- Fruit wastes.
- Maize.
- Silage.
- Third-category meat wastes.
Expected efficiency must be concentrate on electricity production. Total investment cost for the installation should be given by experienced estimation. Capacity range from 500 kWe up to 2 MWe.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The technology should consist of:
- Design of complete biogas installation for different power capacities (concrete and metal tanks).
- Possibility to produce energy from different biomass: straw, corn, fruit wastes, pig manure, cow manure, chicken manure, slaughter wastes cat. 3 according to EU law etc.
- Training for company engineers and installers.
- Description of the anaerobic environment and the best parameters during the digestion process.
- Laboratory experiments data about digestion of different materials.
- Data from the operation of digestion plants (practical information. problems description. solutions).
- Experience with the biogas quality management supplied to CHP (combined heat and power) units.
The technology should be able to be used at farm-scale biogas plants as well as in some industry applications. Capacity electricity production from 500 kWe up to 2 MWe.
