The proposed technology is a service platform for video calls between any kind of wireless, fix or mobile devices using any communication network.

The technology provides communication and teamwork collaboration solutions for corporate environments, messaging, communities and mobile networks.

There are three main areas:
- Corporate: IP video collaboration solutions for major corporations.
- Operators: carrier-grade platforms to mobile operators enabling them to launch new mobile videoconferencing services for their corporate and mass consumer markets.
- Consumer: video and collaboration software plug-ins for end consumers.

The company is looking for partners that can provide appropriate technology capabilities, with strong IP infrastructure and video services expertise, to implement and market this solution on their markets. The partner should address telecom operators and medium/large corporations to adapt and implement the technology, supporting and advising in the launch of new and innovative video services for the end users.

The partner sought should be experimented in video services, from definition of new services to seamless implementation in existing telecommunication networks, regardless of the network type and the devices used by the end users.

This is an innovative P2P (Peer-To-Peer) solution, using any kind of device (PC, Personal Digital Assistant, smart/Public Switched Telephone Network/mobile phones and legacy videoconferencing devices) and using any kind of IP network: Internet, Intranet, wireless, satellite & mobile 2.5 and 3G networks (General Packet Radio Service, Enhanced Data Rates for Global Evolution, Code Division Multiple Access, Universal Mobile Telecommunications System, High Speed Packet Access, WiFi, WiMax, xDSL, Cable, etc.).

The P2P technology makes communications more flexible and trustworthy. The aim is to optimise the operator's use of the bandwidth, enabling more, better and less expensive services. This is a P2P architecture between any kind of device and using any kind of network, thus allowing the achievement of safe (encrypted) communications directly between customers, using only a presence server.
