Self cleaning system for public toilets

A Spanish SME has designed and implemented a novel self cleaning system for public toilets. This system is easy to install and provides a cheap eco-friendly cleaning for often-used public WCs. The designed system allows programming, letting the user decide when and how often the toilet should be cleaned. The SME is looking for licensing the technology, although it is open to any kind of agreement.

A Spanish SME has designed and implemented a novel self cleaning system for public toilets. This system is easy to install and provides a cheap eco-friendly cleaning for often-used public WCs. Only 5 litres of water are requested in every cleaning, which make it perfect in areas where water consumption must be reduced.

The designed system allows the user programming, letting him decide when and how often the toilet should be cleaned. This possibility gives a high level of adaptation to any potential requirement and application, such as train/bus stations, fuel stations, public parks, airports and so on.

The company is also able to provide the complete set of restrooms including the self-cleaning system, depending on the partner’s requirements. In this case, the company would build and install the sanitary cabins according to the client requirements, using different materials and components (sinks, showers,…).

If required, the system might be configured so that the incoming water comes from showers and sinks (also called grey water). In this way, the level of eco-friendliness is even increased.

The SME is looking for licensing the technology, although it is open to any kind of agreement.
