Designed cabinets are perfectly adapted to telecom applications and other several domains industrial as railways, navy, collectivity, power energy. Able to propose end to end solution managements of new design project including mechanical, thermal, electrical. The French company has developed dedicated skills in outdoor cabinet’s conception.

Design, development and production of metallic Outdoor Cabinet for Telecom, Power Energy, Industrial, Railways.

The company studies the conception with 3D design of the outdoor cabinet with dedicated tools as 3D measurement (FARO), Pro Engineer (global license), Pro/Intralink, Solidworks, PRO MECHANICA (finite element analysis), IGE-XAO, Autocad (electrical schematics).

Thermal simulation (C.E.M – I.P) is one of the key point of the conception. Enclosures are guaranteed by a good thermal conductivity, supporting dissipation of the heating and the protection against magnetic sources related phenomenons (disturbances, loss of current, …).
Qualification and tests are run in laboratory before prototype development.
The outdoor cabinet is then industrialized thanks to the company’s integrate Production (sheet metal work-shop, Painting, Assembly and Test).
All enclosures are coated by thermo-lacquering allowing them an additional protection against U.V. (colour stability), the keep of temperatures and protection against bad weather.

The outdoor cabinets are developed for telecom applications, but also in navy, railway, kiosk, photo booth, etc.

The product is light but resistant to shocks and so allows a perfect protection of enclosed equipments.
