Details

The technology offered is a suite developed to manage local and remote desktop work. Its key features are: voice over IP, electronic fax, documents repository, tickets management, integrated messaging system, digital video surveillance. The platform can be delivered in two different solutions: an hardware/software platform to be installed in the customer data center or as a service in ASP solution ( Application Service Providing). It can also be integrated with the customer’s legacy systems and it is also possible to expand its functionalities with legacy procedures integration like Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and Business Intelligence applications.

Innovative Aspects:
All the interfaces of the platform offered, can be used through a WEB browser to be OS Independent (MS Windows, Apple Mac e Linux). All modules can be integrated with the centralized billing system. The platform is developed and certified to be used with different network technologies: Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), Broadband and Mobile GPRS (General Packet Radio Service), Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS), Enhanced Data rates for GSM Evolution (EDGE) and 3rd Generation.
