Kurzfassung
A Polish external lighting manufacturing company developed technology of production of external lighting based on High Brightness Light Emitting Diode (HBLED). The company is looking for innovative stripping plates (or another raw material with similar parameters) as a semi-finished product in manufacturing process of radiator for the external lighting. The radiator will be used in machining, welding and painting process. The technology requested should be fully developed.
Details
The company wants to improve the process of production of external lighting based on HBLED technology, by manufacture radiators in require shape from stripping plate. It will be used in machining, welding and painting process. During this process raw material used for production of the radiator can not lose heat abstraction characteristic. Already on the market are available typical radiators in shape formed by radiators producers. Using fitted radiators allows for achievements better heat abstraction characteristic. The technology requested should be fully developed.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
- width: 120 mm and 240 mm,
- thickness of base: from 4 mm to 5 mm,
- total radiator height: 15mm/20mm/25mm,
- length: from 1 meter to 4 meters,
- good characteristic of sticking the paint,
- the raw material can not crumble during machining process.
