Technical cooperation and subcontracting agreements are sought.

A French enterprise , one of the forefathers of Plastic & Rubber Injection Technology, provides its know-how in micro injection. It is able to work with materials such as:rubber (NBR, silicone, neoprene...) thermoplastic elastomers (TPE and alloys TPE specialist), thermoplastic materials.
The production of increasingly small parts, which are delicate and difficult to automate and which allows this SME to offer its partners an original, reliable and economical alternative to those who wish preserve and maintain production in Europe.
With a total number of 8 electrical presses: 5 machines of 5 tons, 1 machine of 30 tons and 4 machines of 50 tons, established in the grey room, this French SME owns the only industrial estate of its kind in Europe. Its industrial equipments allow to produce automatically, without human supervision (watch) in auto-control of the machine parameters, parts until a weight of 0.05 gramme.
This SME can produce for example complex parts maker for make-up and cosmetics such as:
- Brush, Comb and Wipers for Mascara.
- Rolls and applicators for make-up and beauty care
and for others complex parts.
Technical cooperation and subcontracting agreements are sought.
