The company is seeking to find partners to establish License agreements, Technical cooperation and Joint venture agreements to access new markets.

The system is a state of the art building management system currently focussed on lighting control for commercial buildings. The system is based on advanced software and hardware and allows control to be exercised over a network connection (or the internet). The system seeks to optimise the lighting within a building.
Innovative Aspects:
The system saves energy used for lighting within buildings. It has the potential to save more energy in this area than other contemporary technologies. Additionally, the system has a number of strong and unique features that significantly reduce the lifetime costs of ownership by supporting the management and maintenance tasks associated with such a system. These include features such as fault notification and the ability to monitor the system remotely over a network. The system has been designed to scale to the largest of implementations and is particualrly easy to use.
