The proposer is a small Italian company operating in the area of process voice automation. Main activities are business consultancy and provision of high tech solutions.
The technology offered by the Italian company is a software as a service application able to manage automatically the incoming calls and to forward them towards the right person interacting with his calendar. The service is based on an automatic speech recognition system, on an evolved interactive voice response and, in the most complex cases, on a semantic engine able to understand the requests of the caller.
The software:
1.receives the call and asks who are the caller looking for (a person or an office);
2.checks the Google calendar for the availability of the person;
3.if the person is available the software passes the phone call through and if the person answers the phone, the software enters on the calendar the date, hour and the caller name;
4.if the person doesn’t answer the call, the software verifies for others availabilities and suggests an other hour and date for the next call;
5.if the caller agrees, the software marks on Google calendar the new date, if the caller doesn’t agree, the software suggests a new date;
6.in any case the software enters hour and the name of the caller on the calendar date.
This technology is a solution pay per use and the customer doesn’t need any hardware or dedicated server.
The Italian company is looking for commercial partner able to sell these solutions abroad and a technological partner able to improve these solutions with new technologies.

This new technology provides semantic and non-semantic interpretation of the vocal and textual requests or questions. Furthermore it allows interaction between man and machine through a vocal advanced interface.
