A company from south-east Poland is a manufacturer of different elements for automotive, aerospace and power industry. The firm cooperates with companies from Poland, as well as with a number of foreign entities. To meet growing expectation from key customers, the company is looking for nitriding technology.
Details
The company produces elements and components for power, automotive, aeronautic and space industries, according to customer’s orders. Most parts are produced by high speed machining. However, key customers insist on the necessity of nitriding some of those machined parts to make them hardened before their delivery to the customer. Therefore, the company is looking for reliable gas nitriding technology.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
Applications would include gears, shafts, cam followers, valve parts, extruder screws, die-casting tools, forging dies, extrusion dies, etc. Requested technology should:
- apply for different materials (stainless steel, aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, stainless steel etc.);
- be environmentally friendly.
