Explosive gases are used in many fields including industrial applications, gas / petroleum stations, R&D laboratories and domestic sites. In terms of fulfilling the occupational health, safety criterion and certification such as CE marking, controling of explosive gas is an absolute necessity. So close supervision of these explosive gases has vital importance in providing security and fulfilling quality control standards, as well as improving competiveness in the international markets.

The invented gas alarm control system is a gas detector, which forwards data to the panel. By the help of a special communication system existing between detectors and main panel, the distance between main control panel and detectors including sensors can be increased up to 1000 meters. Also by filtering the effects that can be defined as “normal” with respect to environment such as cigarette smoke and oil steam, it only detects explosive gases. Moreover, the system is developed in a way that it does not give false alarms due to electric current fluctuations and start-ups originated from the main network. This system, which can operate at wide supply voltage and is produced in accordance with corporate identities.
The company is looking for commercial agreement with technical assistance.

Innovative Aspects:
The detectors of the gas measurement alarm system contain sensors, which can only detect explosive gases in the environment. Data is evaluated in detectors and then transmitted to the main panel. By this way, different measurements from different points can be performed simultaneously and all the data can be monitored at the main panel in parallel. These detectors can be placed up to 1000 meters distant from the main panel. Besides being ex-proof, the system is designed to be resistant to water and other materials. With its compensation system, it is not affected by the temperature fluctuations in the environment.

This system, which is connected to two alarm levels, can also track volume percentage and lower explosive limit (Lel %) percentage values. Also its assembly and usage are very simple. It can calibrate itself.
