Technologies applicable to childhood and to be tested and used in an innovative centre of education.

Kurzfassung

A Spanish foundation is creating an innovation center of education that will be used to test methodologies, procedures and new technologies for the childhood and will serve also as a daycare centre for the children of all the staff working in a technology park. So the foundation would like to get in touch with potential partners, in order to develop, complete or test new technologies to be afterwards used in this centre.

Details

The first project of the Spanish foundation is to promote and manage the children education centre in a technology park. This centre will fulfil the dual role of serving the needs of companies in this park and being used as pilot of the activities of the foundation.

The foundation supports and collaborates already with a platform of thirteen technological centres from its region, where their researchers work together sharing their knowledge, acquired and developed, structuring the lines of work for a platform. Therefore, the foundation boosts R & D, partnerships with other research institutes and companies and technology transfer activities.

A map of the emerging technologies related to childhood has been created, allowing the collaboration between technology centres and business and community associations involved in the world of the habitat for children or that can be applied in these two fields, children and education.

The foundation would like to establish partnership agreements with companies, universities and technology centres from all around Europe, that work to develop innovative technologies and products for children and their education.
