A French SME has developed a micro-encapsulation technology, giving cosmetic & health properties to textiles: moisturing, body slimming, refreshing... That lotion is released on the body surface while wearing clothes. That technology is suitable to different kinds of clothes and tissues. Textile manufacturers are sought to integrate that micro-encapsulation into their products, for sub-contracting agreement or cosmetotextile further development, or joint-venture.

A French SME has developed an innovative micro-encapsulation technology, presented as a lotion, and bringing to clothes cosmetic & health properties such as (mainly) moisturing, body slimming, refreshing.
A cosmetotetile is a smart textile consumer article containing durably a cosmetic product which is released over time, even while sleeping: integrated into textiles by soaking or washing machine ringing: shirt, trousers, sticker, dress, underwear, slipper, pyjamas, socks…
After several years of R&D, and a successful REACH approval for market launch and notice of compliance from the national sanitary authorities; the French company is willing to implement that micro-encapsulation technology into various kinds of textiles.
Therefore, textile manufacturers are sought to sub-contract the production of functionalizing textiles (incorporate the micro-particles inside textiles / clothes during the manufacturing and pack them). The French company can possibly integrate a recharging before market distribution. The total volume capability of microparticles is up to 1 ton / day max.
New functionalities can be also developed according to special needs and specifications (e.g cleaning tissue, mosquito repellent…).
The company is also open to joint-venture.

Concerning underwear: the manufacturer has to master special skills in knitting (tighter) requiring a new setting of the production machinery.
