A leading Israeli garment and textile manufacturer specializing in the tailored suits sector is looking for innovative technologies for the cooling or ventilation of tailored suits. The technology sought has to comprise of small, low weight, compact and modular mechanical and electronic parts which can be easily assembled within tailored suits while minimizing the additional weight to the suit. The cooling/ventilating mechanism sought should allow an efficient conduction and convection of heat from the skin surface in specific target areas of the upper torso. Technological solutions for textile materials able to slowly release moisture via efficient evaporation to be integrated into the suit are also needed. Preferably, desired solution should be powered by an internal kinetic energy power source. However, a mechanism powered by a rechargeable power cells source can suffice as long as the power cells are modular and can easily be integrated into a suit.Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:1.Low weight, compact and modular mechanism – entire mechanism including its power source should be lower than 100 grams and preferably lower than 50 grams. Mechanism structure should allow easy integration into a suit in a concealed and comfortable manner. 2. Quiet and extended action, low energy consumption and efficient conduction and convection of heat – the technology should allow continues operation of several hours with minimal incidental noise. 3. Easy operation and maintenance, safe usage and environment friendly – Mechanism should be user friendly and include also an automated operation mode using a thermostat. All components have to adhere to the highest safety standards and preferably composed of environmentally friendly materials.
