A Korean company is looking for the TECHNOLOGY for maximizing the efficiency of photovoltaic modules and minimizing the loss of efficiency. The company is interested in having contacts with enterprise for technical cooperation and technical consultancy. The company is looking for the method to develop raw materials which minimize drop rate(loss of efficiency) during solar cell manufacturing process. In addition, the company seeks manufacturing method which minimizes loss of efficiency.
Details
The technology is a method to maximize the efficiency in photovoltaic modules maufacturing process. It should reduce the size of single crystal and polycrystalline modules, and maintain output value largely.
At the same time, it has to minimize the loss in manufacturing process. In addition, the TECHNOLOGY is the way of improving cell efficiency, and it is applyed to high efficiency cell manufacturing method such as, study on materials, surface electrodes, surface reflection, long-wavelength penetration, way to minimize heat loss and the doping process.
Existing development technology of solar cell is the method to increase the efficiency of the cell itself, so that costs are very high, and it is inevitable for sweeping revision of manufacturing process. For this reason, it is the main cause to increase manufacturing cost of the cell.
In general, processs to be progressed from manufacturing solar cell to electricity production, photovoltaic power generation causes loss of efficiency. In each process, loss of efficiency of module process is the largest compared to the cell efficiency(5%~15%). In other words, If it produces module by using 17% cell of efficiency loss of process efficiency is lowered as 15%.
Therefore, through the TECHNOLOGY, it develops raw materials whichminimize drop rate of photovoltaic module, and minimizes loss of efficiency during manufacturing process.
