A Latvian chemical company specialised in production of liquid detergents is looking for a technology to obtain highly concentrated extracts from natural products, e.g. pine and fir needles, aromatic plants, berries. The requested technology should be fully developed. The company is looking for technical cooperation.
Details
The main activity of a Latvian company is a production of liquid detergents. The company is expanding the range of its products and planning to start production of natural extracts. The company is planning to use the extracts for production of scented detergents, additives for cosmetics and air fresheners. Therefore the company would like to start up a production of highly concentrated extracts from natural sources – plants, berries, pine and fir needles. The technology should meet high hygiene and quality standards ensuring product safety.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The preferable equipment productivity must be 100 – 150 kg of extract in 8 hours and temperature of work process below 80 Celsius degrees. In the production process a sterile product should be obtained.
