Kurzfassung
A Dutch SME is looking to start culturing freshwater algae (Chlorella). As much of the necessary expertise is still lacking, collaboration is sought in setting up a fresh water culture system. The SME has both space and financial resources available. Several forms of collaboration (both technical and commercial) will be considered. A SME partner with knowledge of technical and commercial know-how of freshwater algae culture is sought.

A Dutch SME now active in pig breeding is looking for diversification by starting Chlorella culture.
Much of the necessary expertise is still lacking, so collaboration in setting up a fresh water culture system is sought.
An open air system is preferred and fertilization could be done with manure from surrounding cattle or pig farms.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The system would have to be modular, so that it is possible to start on a limited scale and scaling up can be done at a later stage. Control of fertilizers and algal densities will have to be fully automated, using the latest glasshouse control techniques.
Due to language limitations only Dutch/Flemish speaking partners can be considered.
