Multichannel call recording and monitoring system is designed for real-time automatic recording and filing of speech information.
The developed system can be applied in call-centers of financial institutions (securities traders, banking, and insurance) and other organizations for recording of important verbal communications for financial safety purposes, recording conversations for safety reasons (e.g. against terrorist calls), tracking customer issues and for staff performance control. Other possible areas of application include dispatcher sites of organizations with a dependency on verbal communications (power, telephone, oil, water, gas suppliers) for recording of messages of internal and external communication for subsequent control and possible investigations; police and other law enforcement agencies for legal interception and monitoring of conversations with mobile or fixed monitoring centers; emergency services (fire, ambulance, rescue) for recording of incoming voice messages for the effective follow up of accidents.
The developed system has the following functionality: support of digital subscriber signaling protocols of business telephone systems of different manufacturers; merging with raters of the business telephone system; automatic archiving on CD, DVD; real-time backup of data on a dedicated server; notification about system state via SMS or e-mail; multilevel access restriction system, user action log; high performance text decoding with the help of embedded transcription module; automatic decoding of facsimile transmissions; background microphone power supply in the range of 5-60 V.
Supported signal sources: ISDN PRI E1; analog and digital phone lines; IP telephony; microphones of different types; line outputs; radio sets.

Muti-channel recordings, connection up to 8 channels into one file; automatic noise filtering for low quality recordings; tools for making the speech clearer and more intelligible: digital automatic gain control, adaptive noise filtering, tempo correction, automatic speech search (detector speech/not speech).
