A textile company is requesting the technology for automatic/PC-controlled preparation of color recipe for screen-printing with water-based inks as well as their dosing according to the recipe. The technology should have these features:

The company will use water-based inks in 16 different colors. The required dose accuracy is 0,001 g. Each color could be dosed according to a base quantity varying from 0,2 kg till 15kg, and the quantity of water-based inks should be recalculated for each amount of base.
By preparation of the recipe there should be an estimation of the textile fabric's color.

With this technology an equipment company would like to prepare color recipes to ensure quick response to repeating orders and to create quickly new recipes for new colors and ready-to-use mixtures in quantities varying from 0,2 kg to 15 kg for screen-printing machines.
