A Spanish company working in the food transportation sector has designed, developed and patented an innovative system for a pressure vacuum pump with no turbines nor intermediate mechanisms that might be affected by the pumped fluid. This pumping system, electrically powered, may be used in a wide range of containers and sectors.This pumping system may work both as compressor and as extraction pump, due to a small engine and a series of special pistons integrated in a hermetic circuit. In addition, the developed pump has no turbines nor intermediate mechanisms, so that the pumped fluid does not affect them, avoiding potential corrosion and malfunctioning due to this cause.
The pumping system is designed in order to be used in a wide range of applications. Depending on the users’ requirements, it may be produced in different sizes. Potential applications include from petrol/gas extraction to household appliances.
The company has already manufactured a working prototype, and it’s open to any technical cooperation agreement, including the creation of a joint venture to exploit the system. They are also open to licensing agreements.

The main innovation is the method to produce vacuum and to increase pressure at the same time. This brand new system is much simpler and easier to use than existing ones.
