A supplier of chemical additives is looking for (dual) NOx sensors. Such sensors will allow for finely tuned reduction of NOx after combustion. Mono-nitrogen oxides (NOx) are well known polluting gases accompanying combustion processes.
Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is one way to reduce pollution, converting NOx into N2 and water.
Several suppliers seem to be developing sensors to measure NOx and NH3 simulteaneously that will assist a fine tuned reduction reaction. The UK representative of a Chinese manufacturer of chemical additives has found one possible solution in the USA. They are looking for European suppliers of NOx sensors or dual NOx/NH3 sensors that they could sell in China as a complementing product. Alternatively, market-ready technology will be considered for manufacturing in China. The collaboration sought is commercial agreement with technical assistance or technical co-operation.
